The Quintas del Mar residential area is located to the north of the busy tourist zone, on a great stretch of beautiful beach.  All units are privately owned (not timeshare).

 Quintas del Mar I and II both feature large and beautifully landscaped oceanfront heated pool areas, plus tennis courts and on the beach palapas.  There are palapa and shaded areas around the pools with BBQ’s. All condos have great ocean views with at least one balcony, and buildings have full water purification systems to ensure safe drinking water.

The Quintas del Mar Villas are privately owned homes surrounding the two high rise towers. These homes have direct access to the beach and palapas. There is a large common swimming pool for Villas as well.
