Wonderful view of sunsets and the beach from the balcony. Centrally located- we were able to visit much of the city on foot. Some noise from the roadway in front, so bring ear plugs, especially during carnival week. The apartment was well furnished for long stays. Just be aware there is a cooktop but no oven. Not a problem for us as we have dinner out most days. Appreciated the kindness of the security guards at the entrance, when we forgot the elevator card one day. OXO is right next door and the nearest grocery store is a 20 minute walk. Water can be bought at the office. Loved our almost three weeks here and would gladly return if fate brings us back to Mazatlan
