Rental Rates & Rules

Rental rates depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to:

  • Property Size / Location
  • Length of stay
  • Time of year
  • Number of guests

All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars.  All properties have at least a 5-night minimum stay requirement – some have longer minimum stays.  

All properties require a ONE time REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT ranging from $350 – $650 charged at time of check in. 

 It’s important to note that Costa Bonita Paraiso I and II have a strictly-enforced 14-day minimum stay requirement. Las Gavias requires a 7 night minimum. Tenerife has a 14 night minimum.

To receive a quote for your specific request, please send an inquiry to us, providing as much information about your stay as you can. 

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED INSIDE ANY OF THE PROPERTIES. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CONDOMINIUMS.

Terms & Payment

All prices are quoted and payable in U.S. dollars

Payment may be made in the following forms:

  • Cash
  • Personal checks
  • Direct Bank Transfers (US or Mexican bank)
  • Zelle (FREE through your bank)

Please note that MONEY ORDERS & CASHIER’S CHECKS CANNOT be accepted in MEXICO.

Terms for Short-Term Rentals (up to 5 months):

  • We normally require up to 50% of the total rent in advance in order to confirm your reservation
  • The balance of the rent is due at the beginning of your stay
  • A security (damage) deposit of $350 USD to $500 USD is payable at the beginning of your stay. We prefer that the security deposit be paid as a separate personal check to expedite your refund. Please allow 6-8 weeks after your departure for processing.

Terms for Longer-Term Rentals (6+ months):

  • We require up to one month's rent to confirm your reservation
  • Each month's rent is due on the 1st day of that rental month
  • The security (damage) deposit is equal to 1 month's rent, and is payable at the beginning of your stay. Part of that amount may be held after the unit has been vacated to cover pending long-distance telephone charges and a full inspection of the property.
