Information, Rules and Regulations for Renters and Guests not accompanied by Owners

Welcome to Paraíso Costa Bonita, and we hope you enjoy your stay. Paraso Costa Bonita is a residential condominium complex rather than a Hotel, Time-Share or All-Inclusive Resort.

 Prior to arrival of your Guests or Renters, owners renting directly or their Condominium Rental Agents are required to provide to the Manager the names, arrival date, length of stay, and a signed copy of the Information and Regulations for Renters and Guests not accompanied by owners document acknowledging the Guests or Renters have read and accepted and will abide by the Rules and Regulations.

 Registration and Orientation – Upon arrival, Renters and Guests not accompanied by an owner must register at the Front Desk between 9:00AM and 6:00PM. Renters and guests who arrive after hours and have gained access to the unit from a condominium rental agent or the owner must register with the concierge at the Front Desk the following morning to make an appointment for an orientation.

Note for Renter(s): The Condominium Rental Agent or representative must be present for the renter check-in and check-out process.

 Front gate entrance: Visitors must check in and out with the security guard. Please advise the front gate ahead of time if you are expecting deliveries or visitors.

 Wristbands: All invited day visitors will be required to wear a wrist band for admittance, and at all times, during their stay on the property.

 Visitor parking: A Visitor Parking Permit will be issued at the time of check-in on a space available basis. This Permit must be displayed in the front window of the renter/guest vehicle. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at owners expense.

 Palapa: (Food & Beverage): A Palapa account is limited to owners, unaccompanied guests of owners, and registered renters only.  

Palapa service: Tuesday thru Sunday

Breakfast: 8:00 AM-11:00AM (first order delivery at 8:30AM)

Non-alcoholic beverages only: 11:00 AM-12:00 PM

Lunch: 12:00 PM-4:00 PM (last orders taken by 3:30 PM)

Bar service: 12:00 PM-8:00 PM DAILY  

A cash deposit of one thousand MXP ($1,000 MXP) is required to open a Palapa account. The Palapa does not accept cash or credit cards. Bill signing: At the conclusion of each days charges, you must review and sign your bill, indicating your name and the unit number.

> Tips/Gratuities: Tips are cash or may be added to the Palapa bill.

> Palapa account balance: A positive balance must be maintained to utilize the Palapa. Please check your balance with the reception desk. If there is a positive balance at the time of your departure, you will be issued a refund of the remaining balance.

> Palapa Visitors: Guests and Renters may not bring visitors into the Palapa.

> There is no beach or room service. Bottled alcohol is not allowed to be brought into the Palapa. Wine can be brought into the Palapa with a corkage fee charge of $150 MXP per   bottle.

> The Chef is not allowed to prepare food brought into the Palapa from the outside.

> Dress code: Resort casual for males and females (shirt, t-shirt, cover, wrap, or blouse required over bathing suits) except for take-out orders

 Deli: located in lobby/ is for all residents. Open from 9:00 AM  5 PM daily. Cash Only.

 BBQ: The BBQs are located on top of both cabanas. Hours: 7:00 AM  10:00 PM. Please turn off the propane and tank valve at the top of the stairs when finished.

 Book Exchange: A book exchange is located in the clubhouse for all residents.

SAFETY AND SECURITY REGULATIONS
(Staff are required to enforce these rules.)

 Condominium Staff: If there is an issue or concern with a Paraiso Costa Bonita staff member, please alert the Manager on duty. If unresolved, provide your issue or concern (in writing) to the Manager. Please do not confront the staff directly to attempt to resolve your issue or concern.

 Sea Wall: The sea wall can pose a danger due to varying ocean and sand conditions. Take proper precautions to ensure you and your children are safe. Loungers and Chairs are not permitted on the wall.

 Occupancy: THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS ALLOWED FOR GUESTS (WITHOUT THE OWNER PRESENT) AND RENTAL PURPOSES IN EACH UNIT IS AS FOLLOWS:

2 BEDROOM UNITS, 4 PERSONS ONLY
3 BEDROOM UNITS, 6 PERSONS ONLY
4 BEDROOM UNITS, 8 PERSONS ONLY

(Note: A person is anyone from 1 day old and up)

 Pool: Hours: 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM

> Any breakable article which may cause damage or injuries is prohibited from the pool and Jacuzzi. Drinks in plastic cups or cans are allowed.

> Climbing over the pool wall from the beach side is prohibited. 

> Reserving lounge chairs in the pool area is not allowed. If your belongings are left unattended for more than 45 minutes, security personnel will remove them to the Front Desk for later recovery.

> Infants that are not toilet-trained must wear protective diapers in the pool.

> Proper swim wear is required- no jeans, cut-offs or street attire.

> Only small, single-person flotation devices are permitted in the pool. Boogie boards and pool games, such as water cannons or ball-throwing, are not permitted in the pool area.

> You MUST dry off before entering the lobby and common areas.

 Beach: Sand must be washed off prior to stepping onto the pool deck. Before entering the lobby and common areas from pool or beach, you MUST dry off completely.

 Jacuzzi: Hours – 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Children under 12 are not allowed in the Jacuzzi.

 Smoking: Smoking is permitted in designated common areas only. These areas include outside the front gate, the public beach, the two upper decks above the exterior cabanas (where the BBQ grills are located) and the Zen Garden at the rear of B building.

 Disturbance: Excessive noise (including music), inappropriate behavior, offensive or rude language and inebriation will not be tolerated.

 Pets: Guests and Renters are NOT allowed to bring pets or animals onto the property.

 Balconies: Please do not lean or hang towels, swimwear or clothing on balcony railings.

 Owners Lounge: The Owners Lounge is for the exclusive use of the owners.

 Quiet Time: Please respect others by refraining from any loud noise after 10:00 PM, except for pre-approved condo community events.

 Penalties: Failure to comply with any Rules makes you subject to disciplinary action which can include warnings and/or fines, denial of service or expulsion from the P1 property.
