Mazatlan Rentals & Management took over from my previous Property Management Company 7 years ago and I was worried. But all my worrying was for nothing. They proved themselves time and time again that both Jim and Lindsay are incredibly honest, hard working, accurate and resourceful, doing an incredible job for me so that I never have to worry about my property even though I’m thousands of miles away.
I know that the ongoing decisions they make are always going to be the right ones to ensure my property is kept up having all maintenance looked after as well as ensuring I maximize my income by having rentals at the appropriate rates so that my condo is rarely not rented out.
As well, during the time they’ve worked with me, not once have I had a renter damage anything. Not in my condo, outside of my condo or anywhere on the property. A perfect record of ensuring the best people rent my condominium.
I honestly would not want anyone else managing my Property in Mazatlan and I couldn’t have them do any better. I only wish there were more people like Lindsay and Jim where I have my other rental properties.

We interviewed 3 property management companies in 2007 when we moved into our new condominium and selected Mazatlan Rentals & Management to manage our property. They are successfully managing it to our complete satisfaction to this day.
Over the years we have found them to be responsive and have totally simplified all we require to maintain our property including; paying our trust, taxes, utilities, assigning cleaning and maintenance personnel as required and most importantly providing us with peace of mind when we are not in residence. They anticipate most items and clearly and quickly communicate with us as required.
In conclusion, the service provided for the monthly fee charged represents great value in our opinion.We would not hesitate recommending Mazatlan Rentals & Management for your property management requirements.
They are our banker, providing services which include paying our taxes, trust, all condominium fees, electricity, telephone/internet/TV, and and an excellent group of trained vendor services to keep our property in “Perfect Shape”. We simply email and someone shows up quickly with tools and a big smile. We call them our “one stop shopping/service” partner. Our maid has been with us since our first week here and, if we are lucky, will be here always. She has kept our property like new, is a joy to have around, and a trusted friend. She can even cook and do minor nursing.
We live in Mazatlan for 6 months each year returning to our other home for the balance of the year. We have chosen to retain their full services even when we are away, and make sure our maid’s propina is provided to her. This decision has eliminated any worry about damage to either our condominium or anyone near to us.We cannot imagine living here without the Help of Mazatlan Rentals & Management. They have become good friends as well as a “Valued Partner in our Mazatlan Life”.
We are provided weekly light housekeeping and have enjoyed having Carmen all these years.We have stayed at Costa Bonita for at least 16 years. It is a lovely, private resort with one of the best beaches in Mazatlan. It is an active community of approximately 140 condos.
There is a very good small, oceanfront restaurant that is not open to the public. The resort feels safe as it has a secure entrance that is guarded 24 hours a day as well as the beach.
We feel fortunate to be working with Mazatlan Rentals.
We wanted a condo for a least 2 months in January and February 2021. We booked a very nice fully furnished oceanfront condo through Mazatlán Rentals & Management company. Our contact person was Lindsay Goodman and was excellent to deal with especially with all the covid Canadian travelling concerns. She was very helpful in letting us into the condo earlier and stay longer due to our flight changes.
The condo was exactly what Lindsay had said it would be and we had a wonderful 71 days vacation stay in the Ocean Palms rental condo.
Adan just showed us the condo. We definitely want to rent it for next March 2nd to March 30th 2022.

Everyone in the office was very helpful, - the maintenance people, maid service and front office were always available and quick to respond when needed.
The place at 1103 Mojarra was beautiful (as well as very reasonably priced!) and a perfect spot to be away from (most) of the night time bands!?! yet still close to the beach and restaurants. I can't wait to do it again!
