With Mazatlan property management experience since 1999, we are a legally organized Mexican corporation – so no worries about dealing with someone who is trying to keep a low profile in order to avoid problems with the tax authorities.
Other out-of-the-ordinary services such as overseeing home improvement projects can be arranged at additional cost with prior agreement.
At all times, the amount you are charged for 3rd-party services is exactly what we pay we never add a surcharge.
